On that page, Evaluating is in reference to the evaluation of WHAT YOU HAVE WRITTEN IN THE SYNTHESIZING STAGE in order to revise it and to determine what additional information you still need.  However, on the Evaluating page itself, the focus is on evaluating the AUTHENTICITY OF THE SOURCES YOU USE.  Both are necessary steps in the process, but we need to call them different names, and include each one in its appropriate spot.
